Our Southwest Kansas City Team

Scott and Jake own and operate iFOAM in Southwest Kansas City. Both born and raised in Kansas City, Scott and Jake are excited to provide superior insulation and an exceptional customer experience to their community. Jake and Scott met at Truman State University, where they both studied business administration and were involved in activities together.

Scott Lemon is the co-owner and General Manager. Scott was raised in Kansas City and currently lives in the Waldo area with his family. Scott spent the first portion of his career in Healthcare Technology but has always been interested in the construction industry. Through upgrading the insulation as a part of a remodel project on their nearly century-old home, Scott's family was able to realize better air quality in addition to lower energy utility bills. Scott is passionate about helping his customers achieve similar air quality and energy efficiency improvements. When Scott isn't helping his customers improve their home energy efficiency, he enjoys being outdoors and traveling with his family.

Jake Henning is the co-owner. Jake was raised in Kansas City and currently lives in the Leawood area with his family. Jake works full-time as a Director of Operations for Aldi based out of the Olathe, KS division that serves six states. He remains passionate about his Aldi career and his desire for developing others. Ultimately, he focuses on creating efficient work environments that employees enjoy working in each day. Jake is married to Amanda Henning, a local realtor and previous local elementary school teacher. Jake and Amanda have remodeled a few homes in the area and love all things home improvement. When Jake and Amanda aren't working in the community, they love to spend time with their growing family and exploring new places.
